Taiwan Shengyi Technology Co., Ltd. was established in September 2013. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shengyi Technology (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd, which is, in particular, to provide more excellent and precise business promotion and technical services to customers in Taiwan. Main products include FR-4 laminate and prepreg, FCCL, composite epoxy materials, aluminum base materials, HSD base material and RF base material.
